What do you want?
These four simple words are the most important words you will ever need to ask in order to be a success. All the top performers in any industry know the answer to this.
Let’s pretend for a moment you are an archer, that’s right even name yourself and imagine you are in an archery tournament to achieve the title, “best archer in the world.” With this title, all of the doors of success will fly open to you.
In order to win, you must identify a target, learn how to aim clearly to hit big, and focus on only those things that will keep you shooting straight for success:
Your target: happiness, health, wealth, great relationships, all your dreams come true & anything else you may want to insert_________.
How to aim clear:
What do you want?
- Go on practice asking yourself this question in the mirror until the words just roll off your tongue and it feels as easy as breathing.
- Then once you have mastered it in the mirror, ask everyone you meet for the next week. Ask it so often and of so many people that you become a master of asking WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?!? and really listening to them. Most people really do not know what they want.
What do I want?
- The next step is to create so much clarity around what you want in every area of your life.
- Ask others to practice with you and ask you what you want. Do this until you are clearly articulating what it is your truly want without any hesitation!
- Be proud of your desires, own them and enjoy sharing them.
Focus (Finding our center under stress)
1. Simply ask yourself, is this opportunity really an obstacle to what I really want? If it is, say NO to the obstacle disguised as an opportunity and move on to your NEXT OPPORTUNITY by re-aiming for your target and shoot straight for success.
