Our first annual Saucey Chef Competition, hosted by Bo Matthews of WIL Radio went off without a hitch. Our three judges included Mary from the Blue Owl, Whitney from the Missouri Beef Council, and a guest exhibitor from Restaurant Row. The competition was tough and came down to the wire. The winner of our first annual Saucey Chef Competition was Elaine Barbee from St. Charles, MO. The Runner up was Pat Finkes from Steelville, MO. Congratulations to all who participated in our 1st Annual Saucey Chef Competition. Be watching for next year’s details!
