Sausage Enchilada Dip
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
2 – 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 LB mild sausage
Brown sausage in a skillet, drain well.
Combine remaining ingredients in skillet. Heat slowly on medium heat; stir frequently to prevent from sticking.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
